Electromagnetic Heating Pyrolysis Plant for Sale
The electromagnetic heating pyrolysis plant is an advanced waste treatment facility. It uses electromagnetic induction heating to thermally decompose organic materials such as plastics, tires, and rubber in an oxygen-deficient environment. The pyrolysis plant converts waste into valuable products, such as pyrolysis oil, combustible gas, and carbon black.
The Electromagnetic Heating Pyrolysis Plant adopts a skid-mounted design, with a high degree of integration, compact structure, small footprint and easy installation. The skid-mounted Pyrolysis Plant has a high degree of automation, reduces manual operation, labor intensity and operation risks.
Electromagnetic induction heating is different from the heating method of traditional fuels. The electromagnetic coil generates high-frequency alternating current, which induces eddy currents in the reactor wall, thus achieving rapid and uniform heating.
Feeding and discharging device: The feeding device is responsible for feeding the materials to be pyrolyzed into the pyrolysis reaction vessel evenly and stably. The discharging device discharges the pyrolysis products out of the equipment.
Pyrolysis reactor: usually made of metal materials with good magnetic conductivity. The pyrolysis reactor is mainly used to accommodate the materials to be pyrolyzed. Under the action of the heat generated by electromagnetic induction, the materials undergo pyrolysis reaction in the container.
Electromagnetic heating system: includes electromagnetic heating controller and electromagnetic heating coil. It is the core part of the equipment and is responsible for converting electrical energy into thermal energy.
Temperature control system: real-time monitoring of the temperature in the pyrolysis reaction vessel, and feedback of the temperature signal to the electromagnetic heating controller. It automatically adjusts the heating power through the controller to achieve precise control of the pyrolysis temperature.
Tail gas treatment system: purifies the tail gas generated during the pyrolysis process. The gas is discharged after being purified to meet the standards to reduce pollution to the environment.
