On August 12, 2025, Mingjie Group completed the shipment of MJT-1000 biochar machine for sale to South Korea. It provides an efficient solution for converting biomass waste into charcoal. We provide customers with a series of supporting equipment, such as dryers, electric control cabinets, flue gas purification devices, etc.
The dryer pre-treats the raw materials, reducing their moisture content to improve the processing efficiency of biomass carbonization plant.
The carbonization reactor is the core component of the biochar machine for sale. It is a rotating drum that converts the raw material into charcoal. The drum is a double-layer structure made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, making it highly heat-resistant.
The MJT-1000 biochar machine for sale effectively utilizes the syngas and waste heat generated by biomass pyrolysis. This makes the carbonization equipment energy-efficient and cost-effective.
Biochar production equipment can process a variety of biomasses, including agricultural and forestry waste (wood, rice husks, coconut shells, straw), sewage sludge, and animal manure. How the Biochar Machine for Sale Works
1. Raw material crushing and drying
The biochar machine for sale is suitable for materials with a size less than 20mm and a moisture content less than 15%. Larger materials with high moisture content must be crushed and dried before entering the reactor.
2. Pyrolysis and carbonization
The dried material is transported to the carbonizer inlet via a conveyor belt. The material then enters the main carbonization furnace for carbonization.
3. Biochar discharge
After 18-20 minutes of carbonization, the biochar produced can be discharged through a water-cooled spiral discharge port.
4. Combustible gas generation
Combustible gas is typically generated approximately 20 minutes after the raw materials enter the carbonization furnace.
The generated combustible gas first enters the cyclone dust removal system for purification, desulfurization, and dust removal. It then enters the condenser to separate it into wood vinegar and tar.
The remaining gas is extracted by an induced draft fan and discharged outside the main furnace to heat the carbonization reactor.
5. Hot flue gas recycling
Some of the waste heat can be used to heat the dryer and serve as a heat source for drying the raw materials. The remaining flue gas is filtered through the dust removal system (water washing, water spraying) and then discharged into the atmosphere.
