On November 15, 2025, Mingjie Group provided online installation guidance and training for the Chilean customer on MJT-100 mobile biochar production equipment. Following the technicians' instructions, the customer successfully mastered the operation of the biochar production equipment. Ultimately, the mobile biochar machine completed the conversion of biomass pellets into biochar.
The MJT-100 mobile biochar production equipment features a skid-mounted design. It integrates the entire production system onto a standard container base. Key components include the feeding system, carbonization reactor, exhaust gas treatment device, and control system.
The installation of small-scale biomass pyrolysis machine is very simple. It only requires simple foundation construction and pipeline connection before it can be put into operation.
During the training, the customer raised various questions, and Mingjie technical staff provided detailed answers to all of them. During this period, the mobile biochar production equipment works continuously, constantly feeding and producing biochar.
Advantages of Mobile Biochar Production Equipment
Skid-mounted mobile biochar production equipment offers unique flexibility and economic advantages, significantly lowering the barrier to entry for biochar production. It makes small-scale, distributed biomass waste resource recovery and carbon sequestration a reality.
Flexibility and Mobility
Local Processing, Reduced Transportation Costs: Biomass raw materials (such as straw, sawdust, sludge, and livestock manure) are typically bulky and low-density. Mobile biochar production equipment can be transported directly to the raw material production site. This significantly reduces the cost of raw material collection and transportation.
Rapid Deployment, Fast Project Start-up: No large-scale land leveling or fixed plant construction is required. Once the mobile biochar machine arrives on site, only simple foundation construction and pipeline connections are needed, greatly shortening the project cycle.
Economic Advantages
Low Initial Investment Threshold: Compared to building a fixed biochar making plant, the investment in skid-mounted biochar equipment is much smaller. This reduces the initial financial pressure and risk for investors.
Optimized Operating Costs: Its compact design also typically means higher thermal efficiency and lower energy consumption.
Technological and Environmental Advantages
Standardization and Stable Quality: Skid-mounted pyrolysis equipment is manufactured, integrated, and commissioned within the factory. Its production process and quality control standards are unified, ensuring stable biochar quality.
Environmentally Friendly and Pollution Controllable: Modern skid-mounted mobile biochar production equipment typically integrates advanced exhaust gas treatment systems. These systems purify combustible gases produced during pyrolysis for reuse as energy, or ensure emissions meet standards, effectively preventing secondary pollution. Mobile pyrolysis equipment achieves closed-loop, harmless waste treatment.
Energy Self-Sufficiency: Advanced designs can collect the syngas produced during pyrolysis. This can provide heat for the production process, reducing dependence on external energy sources.
