These picture are to show the continuous pyrolysis plant we have installed in China, Xinjiang Province. The waste pyrolysis project is composed of two sets of Mingjie MJL-15 model pyrolysis plant. The main purpose is to process waste tires and waste plastics. The whole pyrolysis process of MJL-15 semi-continuous pyrolysis plant has high automation, with auto loading and carbon discharging system. Fully enclosed production makes the process to be more environmental.
 
As a professional pyrolysis plant manufacturer,  we supply complete set of pyrolysis system. Including pyrolysis reactor, flue tube condenser, cooling tower, stainless steel desulfurization system,  auto screw discharging system. Compared with batch pyrolysis equipment, semi-continuous pyrolysis equipment can be operated continuously. Due to the requirements of feedstock size, its oil yield is usually higher than that of batch equipment.

Composition of Continuous Pyrolysis Plant

 
Automatic spiral feeding system: responsible for continuously and evenly feeding the pretreated raw materials into the pyrolysis reactor.
 
Pyrolysis system: It is the core part of the equipment. It is usually made of high temperature and corrosion resistant materials. A heating device is installed outside the pyrolysis reactor, and the reactor can be heated by various fuels such as fuel oil, natural gas, LPG, diesel, etc.
 
Automatic water-cooled discharge system: After the pyrolysis is completed, the high-temperature product is discharged from the reactor through the automatic water-cooled discharge system. The system uses three-stage water cooling and slag storage tanks to discharge carbon black at high temperatures. It can quickly reduce the product temperature for easy collection, while reducing heat loss and environmental pollution.
 
Combustible gas recovery system: The combustible gas generated during the pyrolysis process needs to be cooled, purified, and other treatments. Synthesis gas can be recycled as fuel gas, which can be used to heat the pyrolysis reactor or other links that require thermal energy to achieve energy recycling.
 
Purification system: It is used to remove dust and particulate matter generated during the pyrolysis process. Usually a combination of cyclone separators, bag dust collectors, and other equipment is used. It can perform multi-stage dust removal on the tail gas to ensure that the discharged gas meets environmental protection standards.

  • Waste plastic treatment: The semi-continuous pyrolysis plant converts various waste plastics, such as PE, PS, PP, PA, etc., into pyrolysis oil, solid residue and combustible gas. It helps to solve the problem of plastic pollution and obtain valuable products at the same time.
  • Waste tire treatment: The semi-continuous pyrolysis plant can convert waste tires into tire oil, carbon black, steel wire and combustible gas to achieve resource recycling.
  • Oil sludge treatment: The semi-continuous pyrolysis plant can harmlessly treat and recycle drilling cuttings, oil sludge from the bottom of ships or tanks. It can convert petroleum substances into pyrolysis oil and combustible gas, and the solid residue can be further processed or used in building materials and other fields.
